Service and Calibration
Our engineers offer a range of facilities to meet the demands of modern business. Some of the specific areas are detailed below:
UKAS Accredited Calibration
Our on site calibration service provides a UKAS accredited service without the need to take off the parts and send them back to a laboratory. We arrive with all the required portable calibration equipment needed to complete the work.
On site calibration significantly reduces system downtime as there is no need to return equipment to a laboratory. We can also calibrate complete systems not just individual transducers. Our accreditation covers pressure, temperature and rotational speed.
Customer Support / System Modifications
We can provide flexible service cover for Mecelec built machines and other peoples equipment. All disciplines are covered: PC and PLC programming, electrical, pneumatics, mechanical.
We also refurbish equipment and modify existing machines to allow for variant changes or change of component.
Planned Maintenance / Spares Packages
We offer planned maintenance and spares packages not just for Mecelec equipment but also for equipment sourced from other suppliers.
